We spent 5 very productive weeks painting together in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. This colonial city stands at about 2 thousand meters over seal level. Its hilly streets and thin air make for arduous walking. We were very inspired by the unusual colors of the town's house facades. We are not sure whether it was the angle of the sun rays hitting the walls in the afternoon, but we were all intoxicated by the intensity of the colors in this city.
